Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

Important: The 30-day period starts from the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused and in the same condition you received it
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Returned within 30 days of delivery
Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Not a perishable item (food, flowers, etc.)
Not an intimate or sanitary product

Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns should be sent to our returns department.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable Goods

Personal Care Items

Hazardous Materials

Flammable Items

Additional non-returnable items include:

Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Any item not in its original condition
Items damaged or missing parts due to reasons beyond our control

Return Process

Here's our step-by-step return process:

Step 1: Initiate Return

Contact our customer service to initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery.

Step 2: Ship Item

Package the item securely with all original packaging and ship it to our returns address.

Step 3: Inspection

We receive and inspect your return (takes 3-5 business days).

Step 4: Approval

We email you to notify whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Step 5: Refund Processed

If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund, please follow these steps:

Recheck your bank account
Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted)
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us

Sale Items & Exchanges

Important: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@primereachwholesale.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Important shipping information:

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items
We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of return
